Oct. 8 - Symbols

I've adjusted to NEW daily...these still give me an unconscious jolt whenever I walk past them...there are several buildings in my neighborhood which have them as decor. (The swastika symbol is over 5000 years old & used in many Asian countries. It represents "good" or "to be" in ancient Sanskrit.) Perhaps one of the auxiliary benefits of being here will be balancing the horror of its mid-20th century bastardization with some mid-16th century wisdom.
