Oct. 2-5 - Pandals (Entry #2)

I was lucky enough to have a pandal being constructed right outside my bedroom window, allowing me to watch it grow from a bamboo skeleton to an electrified showplace!

They start with the frame. I'm not sure how long it was being built before I moved in...this was how it looked on Sept 17th
