Classes were releasing for the day just a few blocks from my hotel...four schools, from primary to high school, all pouring out at the same time...loved the little ones walking through a mini door in the massive wrought iron gate. The driver of the kid-mobile morphed SUV said I could take his photo...the children would walk up to him backwards so he could grab their backpacks, align them in the storage bin just perfectly so they were wedged in and compact, then hop into the van so the next waiting child could be assisted! Quite the system! Private drivers, kid-movers, public busses and kids walking home made for category 10 chaos that would've scared my silly as an educator...
